Now we're talking! This Angel Food French Toast is the jam. Total heaven.
First, French Toast is one of the best brunch foods. It's carby and usually drenched in syrup. For years in my early twenties I ALWAYS ordered the French Toast at a diner we used to frequent at about 2am. It just hit the spot. And strangely, it's one of those things I almost never make at home so getting it at brunch (or diners at 2am) feels extra decadent.
